Alaina was a part of the Georgia Country Gospel Music Association Children's Choir. Alaina was 12 when she made her first trip to Nashville. She performed at local bars that were on Broadway like Tootsie's. in 2009 Alaina became the very first contestant to win the WinniSTAR youth talent competition at Lake Winnepesaukah amusement park.In addition to singing, Alaina wrote several songs like Leaving and Set Me Free. Alaina was in awe of singing by her aunt, Holly Witherow, who was diagnosed with the brain tumor. Her first gig was with CiC Pizza. She was a cheerleader for Lakeview-Fort Oglethorpe high school in Fort Oglethorpe Georgia.
